Chef Elliott is honored to share the technical skills and culinary wisdom of his friend and colleague, Chef Stacy Maple.
Chef Stacy is an entrepreneur with more than 25 years of culinary and hospitality experience. She is the proud owner and full-service of a slow-food café and Bed & Breakfast. She received formal culinary training from Le Cordon Bleu, the French Culinary Institute in NYC, and the International Culinary Arts and Science Institute in Cleveland, Ohio. Chef Stacy currently works as a Private Chef, Corporate Caterer, Recipe Developer, Blogger and Food Stylist.
