A Chat in the Garden

Monique A.J. Smith has held several positions within intercollegiate athletics some of which were Sports Information Director, Athletic Director and Associate Commissioner for the historic CIAA. Currently, Monique is CEO of Seeds of Empowerment, LLC a consulting company that focuses on leadership development and recently was certified as a Prana Business Partner.
As an Athletic Administration veteran of 24 years, Monique invites listeners to a Chat in the Garden to hear from her network of inspiring leaders in Higher Education and Athletics. Guests will share their career paths, provide insight on their institution’s initiatives and leave seeds of wisdom for listeners that wish to follow their path.
