Joye Smith is currently the Principal/Founder of Premier Group Services, a Certified Public Accounting and Management Consulting firm since 2005.

1. Building her firm, Premier Group Services, from the ground up we’ve expanded from one staff member to now include eight staff members. Although Joye is a native of Philadelphia, she has assisted firms nationally to achieve their financial goals. Joye currently resides in Upper Marlboro, MD but continues to travel far and wide to assist non-profits, government contractors and small businesses with all of their accounting and tax needs. The mission of our firm is to offer both individuals and businesses personalized accounting and financial management services by “Accounting for your Success”.
