Great Leaders are Humble Leaders

In every generation, there are men and women whom we can look up to and respect.  It is amazing to me that the greatest leaders, are humble people who can talk to you as if you are a friend and at the same time lead thousands of people in any great organization.

We have met several of these great leaders and tonight I would like to share some thoughts on leadership after all this is an educational broadcast.

Capt. Jerry Prickett USN Retired teaches a class at Promise Christian University on Leadership and Management.  He goes on to describe the qualities of a great leader.  We should pay attention to the qualities that truly makes a person great.  It's not their money, nor their position, nor their accomplishments.  What truly makes a leader great is how he impacts the lives of those he comes into contact with.

I would like to share my thoughts on great leadership.  A potential great leader is willing to start at the bottom, and do the little things well.
