Part II: Is there such thing as equality today?

Unarmed African American people were killed at 5 times the rate of unarmed Caucasions within the past year. Some people feel as though a peaceful approach will not be effective and state that they are tired of submitting yet still are at risk of losing their lives from a simple law enforcement encounter.  Do you think that there is an alternative solution that will have a greater impact? What do you think needs to be done to prevent any further acts of violence and injustice committed by police authority? Who do you think is to blame for the questionable mistreatment, and increased number of deaths involving the African Americans race (or other minorities in general)?
