ATTENTION.  DRaPS (Dream Record and Playback System) modules shipped last Thursday were mistakenly labeled Level One, but were actually more advanced Experimental Test Units that must be handled VERY carefully.

There are many switches, levers, and buttons that will be unfamiliar to users of Level One Personal units. Without an accompanying manual for the Experimental Test Unit, customers will be bewildered and may try to toy with the unit, flipping and slapping and slamming it, spinning dials hysterically, going every which way with the sliders, trying to get it to work, we must caution all users that this is a dangerous response.

The primary difference in this unit, as compared to the regular Level One Personal Unit, is that it can used for wideband dreamcasting, a very popular activity in the deep technology underground. It's a social media digital broadcaster. You get your friends to Friend your dreamstream, so you can exchange oneiric films with them, in the Dream Share room, just like with the Level One, but you can also teleproject your dreams to those who configure their settings to Dreamwave Input Hub mode: PUBLIC ACCESS. Then anyone on their Friends list can send them their own dreams, right into that friend's DraPS unit, then they can view your dreamcasts whenever it is convenient for them.

There are many other features, and some of them are hazardous when one is not properly trained.

For example, if you sufficently abuse the module, you can accidentally trigger such features as dream merging, projecting dreams onto sleeping persons without them first Friending your unit in Dream Share, project dreams on the sky late at night, dream shields that block unwanted dreamcasts, and a dream synthesizer that produces Dreams on Demand that you can experience when you sleep.
