WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS

I am scared to death!  The governor of my state decided on yesterday to fully reopen my state! My stomach sank as he stated that restaurants could go back to no capacity limits. Not that they were ever following anyway. Bars are allowed to be opened after they have whined through out this ordeal called a pandemic. I am just floored that this happening and how lackadaisal that it was done. Followed by coronavirus is just something we are going to have to live with. I will continue to wear my mask and social distance. I will not be attending any Halloween festivities. I will not be black Friday shopping. That is what all of this is about economics and finishing the last quarter strong but that is going to impossible if majority of us are dead. Right now we are over 200,000 in deaths from coronavirus. schools are back in session and sports have ensued. We are 3rd in the nation of coronavirus cases and still downtown is having Octoberfest celebrations. It's sickening and maddening. I am an immunocompromised person who has been off of work during this and now may be forced to return to work. I have avoided gatherings and the thought of going around others make me sick. Especially those who put me at risk. If only I had those labor pains in Canada and had the baby there. The child would have dual citizenship and then maybe we could leave. I'm praying in 39 days that this nightmare will be over. I am praying that the pandemic task force will be put back in its rightful place. Maybe next year a vaccine throughly tested and not rushed will be available. Maybe I can hang in there until then to remain alive. We shall see....
