"Love, Fear and the Ego" - This show will look at the only two genuine feelings in our reality, Love and Fear and how all other feelings are different forms of these two feelings.  The two types of Love, conditional and unconditional, and how to achieve unconditional Love towards everyone. We will also look at the Ego and how it likes to play both sides against the middle in how we feel, how we perceive and how we judge ourselves along our path of living with the Creator.

“Spirit, Mind and Body Balance” - This month, Paul’s guest is Kyoto based, Swiss-born shiatsu practitioner and health coach Ela Albisser. 

Not only does Ela help her client’s through her bodywork treatments, but she also guides them to find the right balance of spirit, mind and body through healthy eating, moving your body, having a good attitude and taking the time to be quiet. A good laugh is just as important as a good pumpkin soup recipe.
