Elder Hour
On Saturday, March 23, 6 pm EST, on Star Nations Radio Network, hosted on Blog Talk Radio, is honored to share a visit with Potawatomi Elder, Mrs. Florence Camacho.
Mrs. Camacho is Neshi’s mother and they team up for the first Elder Hour on Star Nations Radio Network. Mrs. Camacho is 93 years old soon to be 94. In this Elder Hour, Mrs. Camacho will share her wisdom and experience about family meals as a child with her grandparents in the 1920’s and how to cook a traditional soup of milk weed. You are invited to hear the stories and wisdom from the heart with Neshi and her mother, Mrs. Camacho.
Storyteller Hour
On Saturday, March 23, 7 p.m. EST, on Star Nations Radio Network, hosted on Blog Talk Radio, is inviting you to join Denise Iwaniw, Blue Thunder Woman for an hour of storytelling. Denise will share four stories of the Spirit people, followed by three fables, and will end with a Turkish folktale. Tune in for a fun hour of storytelling!
