Amir Locke & No Knock Warrants

This Saturday on Behind the Blue Curtain we’re going to talk about No Knock Warrants and the killing of Amir Locke.  Chief Jim Devlin will be contributing his experience and knowledge of Special Operations (SWAT).  Are No Knock Warrants necessary?  Do they really protect the citizen?  From Breonna Taylor and now Amir Locke its time to take a look at them?
