The Amber Guyger Trial

This Saturday, Sept 28, 2019 on Behind the Blue Curtain 11am EST, 10am CST we’re going to talk about the Amber Guyger trial.  The trial started with a bang before the jury was even seated when the defense offered a request for a mistrial.  They provided a video and transcript from an interview that the Dallas County District Attorney7 did with FOX 4 news, the day before the trial started.  Even though Judge Tammy Kemp had placed a gag order on the trial.  How does this happen.  We’ll cover witness testimony, was it good or bad?  Should the prosecution have kept Amber Guyger on the stand longer?  Trooper David Armstrong also said that he doesn’t believe the former Dallas officer committed a crime when she shot and killed Botham Jean inside his apartment after thinking it was her unit and that he was an intruder.
