This week on Behind the Blue Curtain we’re going right back into the lion’s den.  Lets talk about “No Knock Warrants.”  What’s going on?  People at the wrong house are getting shot, Officers are getting shot and innocent people at the intended house are being shot.  At what point do we look at what’s going on and say to ourselves (Police Profession), “This ain’t working.”  No Knock Warrants do have a time and place where they should be used.   Problem is they’ve become “the norm” and that’s yielded deadly results at tax payer expense. Judge Joe Brown will be holding court and also  joining us will be 32 Year,  Retired Chicago Homicide & Burglary Detective Joseph Moseley II.  Quick facts about Detective Moseley:  Master’s in Business Administration from St Xavier with a concentration in Training and Performance Management, Graduate of Northwestern University’s Traffic Institute school of Staff and Command, Bachelor of Arts from Chicago State University, Grant Writer, Currently Adjunct Professor of Criminal Justice, Former Homicide Detective,  Developed training for detective’s in Chicago Police Department and various Law enforcement agencies in and around the cook county area, including railroad police agencies, Survivor of shooting at a school (offender shot at me while in full uniform. He never returned fire but captured the shooter and recovered his weapon by himself.  Father, husband, brother!  The call-in number is 646-716-4621 and press 1 if you’d like to chime in!
