Lisa Purtue is a State of Wisconsin Licensed Substance abuse counselor, worked 2.5 years in Residential rehabilitation and at a healthcare facility.  She spent  seven years working for the State of Wisconsin Department of Corrections at two state prisons, one a maximum security and one considered medium security, overseeing 100 male maximum-security male inmates.   Lisa has earned four degrees, three Associates degrees, Graphic Communications, Criminal Justice/ Law Enforcement/Corrections, and Alcohol and Other Drug Counseling a Bachelor Degree in Psychology and currently working on completing my graduate studies in Licensed Practical Counselor I do NOT speak for the City of Waco, the Waco Police Department, the Officers, Civilian Employees or Citizens of Waco.
