Parent Empowerment will empower parents by reminding them of the Blessing they have from God-- that of Breastfeeding/Breast milk.  Dr. Bern’s three panel guests are Licensed Clinical Lactation Specialists. All three members facilitate group sessions for prenatal/post par tum parenting and breast feeding support groups.  Wesley L. Hibble, founder of DADS 4 LIFE PROGRAM mission is to empower and educate men about the Importance of Father Involvement.  Clarese C. Hill Uses her vast  knowledge  of early childhood education and family relations to provide families with the information and tools to make4 positive changes in their lives. Devonna Robertson encourages parents to be their child’s advocate and cheerleader. Devonna is a Voice for the Voiceless.
