A Discussion with Filmmaker Deborah Scranton

Join us for a discussion with filmmaker Deborah Scranton. Deborah is well-known in the military community for her last two films; "The War Tapes" and Frontline's "Bad Voodoo's War." Deborah developed a new, interesting approach to war documentaries by giving soldiers cameras, allowing them to record their own footage in the combat zone, therefore enabling them to tell their own stories. Deborah has also highlighted the stories of the women left behind (wives, moms, girlfriends).
