2013 over-achievers are: Jose Fernandez (MIA), Anibal Sanchez (DET) and Francisco Liriano (PIT).

2013 under-achievers are: Justin Verlander (DET), C.C. Sabathia (NYY) and R.A. Dickey (TOR).
