Adam Stone has been involved in slam since he misread an academic schedule in 1998 and wandered into a poetry club by mistake. Since then, he has been a member of thirteen nationally competing slam teams, was twice selected as The Lizard Lounge's Individual World Poetry Slam representative, served as Cape Cod's Spoken Word Poet Laureate, and has won The Boston Cantab's Champion of Champions title more than anyone else, as well as being their raining Dirty Haiku Champion. He's also the bartender at The Cantab Lounge, where he gives weekly prompts. And in 2011 and 2013 he served as the Events Coordinator for The National Poetry Slam. In his spare time he works in a comic books store and has a graphic novel collection that worries potential suitors.
