Interestingly Christ celebrated the 'Festival of Dedication', a mention in the Bible book of John about that. The Festival or Feast of Dedication is one and the same as the Festival or Feast of Lights! So, to "do what Chist does" we celebrate Chanukah! Happy Days - the next EIGHT Days!
