After recovering from five years of compulsive eating and bulimia Sofia Bothwell embarked on eighteen months independent research and study on eating disorder recovery in London England. Running self-help support groups for compulsive eating women in Violet Hill Studios, St. Johns Wood, a stones throw away from the famous Abbey Road Studios. She became a qualified Rebirthing coach and wrote the first edition of her book True Slimness. She became a mother and became involved in the home schooling movement while intermittently facilitating classes and one to one consultations as well as telephone consultations on natural permanent weight loss. While living in Shropshire UK she had articles on her work published in Here’s Health Magazine and local press. She now resides in Wales and has written pocket sized Simply Full and Weight Loss for Blokes. Now regularly giving talks at local Natural Health Shows.
