Tionne was nominated as “Rising Star of Year” by The Los Angeles Black Music Awards. 2007 proved to be a break year for the talented young man, co-starring in his latest flick “Holla” released by Lionsgate, an urban horror comedy that Movie Guide called “Viciously Hilarious” and is currently available on DVD. Eventually his work paid off again with the opportunity to capture the attention of Producer, Tyler Perry. Although Tionne was solidly building his acting credits, he invariably found himself returning to his first love, Music. Tionne is currently in the studio working on his debut solo Pop/R&B album with super producer, Jason Edmonds (Whitney Houston, Babyface, Tyrese, Ruben Studdard, Boyz II Men, etc.). In addition to providing mesmerizing entertainment, the goal of Tionne’s music is to give his audience an understanding of both his dynamic musical instrument and his rich musical history, and he is steadily building the foundation to a very successful career. Back off his first two major label debut singles “Take U There” and “Dance Like That” ETCETERA has returned, revamped and is ready to premier his latest master piece…, O.M.G. (Throw Ya Hands Up) off the TSOB/Federal/ Universal Music Group label. The Brooklyn Boy Wonder is introducing “a new insane banging that is going to rock spots” according to Brooklyn’s own DJ Ace of Spades. ETCETERA as we all should know is from Crown Heights, Brooklyn birth place to some of the most famous artists in music history. The Sound of Brooklyn (TSOB) Records home to the artist/song writer continues to mold and provide the platform for ETCETERA to bring his exceptional creations to his fans and piers worldwide.
