Exploring, discovering and learning as a child is fueled by natural curiosities that should eventually steer us in the direction of mature independence... to a point where we must leave the nest and either soar, or plummet to the unforgiving earth below. This process is emulated often in nature... and often only the strong will survive the test of true independence.

But increasingly, this is simply not the case in our society today... Failure, or the fear of it, is nearly a way of life for many of us, and this way of life is all but outright promoted by our government who has in turn learned a valuable lesson about what it means to be "too big to fail".

Do you know who should be allowed to fail or make bad decisions in order to learn at a rate such as this? Toddlers. It's time for us to grow up as a people. Let's discuss America's "maturity complex" shall we?
