Things to do to manage the fear of public speaking

  • Know your material

  • Focus delivering your message to the audience

  • Take care of your body (sleep, food, exercise, etc.)

  • Deep breath

  • Have audience do a quick exercise

  • Meet the audience before your presentation

  • Engage your audience

  • Humor

  • Smile
