From 6-7, join Steve as he discusses highlights from the NBA, College Basketball & Foot ball and the NFL Games played this past weekend.

At 7:15, tune in as Steve welcomes Coach Leni Wilson into the studio to discuss her Professional Basketball Career and her Basketball Academy.

Leni Wilson developed a thirst for basketball at the ripe age of 10.  Her love for the game of basketball became her life's passion. Starting as a center/power-forward for the ST Elizabeth’s girl’s basketball team, Leni started developing her skills for the next level. Earning a four-year paid scholarship to Georgetown University in Washington, DC, for the Georgetown Women’s basketball team.  Her hard work and dedication paid off when she advanced her team to the first round of the NCAA championship, advancing to the Sweet Sixteen. After college, Leni continued her quest for basketball by becoming a professional women’s basketball player overseas for France and Sweden. In 2012, she was inducted into the “Georgetown University Athletic Hall of Fame and also, The Delaware Sports Museum Hall of Fame, in Wilmington, DE. Today, she is known as, Coach Wilson and teaches basketball fundamentals to children ages 6-12 from her very own basketball academy, Leni Wilson Basketball Academy (L W B A).  Now Leni Wilson is the Assistant Coach for 5th & 6th-grade girls basketball at St Elizabeth School where she first began playing organized basketball.
