Annette, a visionary artist, creativity teacher and coach, facilitates the creative process in others through her intentional creativity classes. Annette has been coaching and mentoring clients for over 12 years in going around, over, and under challenging issues, transforming them in the process.

Wendy is the producer of A Shamanic Disco & director of Ecstatic Dance Silicon Valley. She creates sacred space and draws you into a powerful healing environment of "movement medicine".

Rana is a performance artist and dancer with a gift for "contact improv", where being in your body leads you into being in the moment. This technique has given her a profound understanding of the body - the perfect tool for experiencing "the Now".

John also hosts this week's roundtable on "Play - A Primer for Us Serious Folks…" with co-hosts Deb Carosella, HiC, and Mildred Lynn McDonald.
