Corexit is an oil dispersant being used in the Gulf to manage the oil. Maybe its the best dispersant and maybe the manufacturer just happens to be a Chicago Based company with Warren Buffett as largest stockholder since just march 2009 and I dont know if they received stimulus funding around that time either. Coincidence or are they really the best solution?
