Hillary D. Price, CFP® is chief executive of HD Price, Inc., a financial planning firm she founded in April 2010. Ms. Price is currently registered for securities business and investment advisory business through First Heartland Capital, Inc. and First Heartland Consultants, Inc., respectively. Based in Beverly Hills, California, Ms. Price specializes in working with individuals and small businesses, helping them in areas such as personal financial planning, retirement planning, asset allocation, insurance analysis and planning, investment planning, estate planning, pension maximization strategies, education funding, stock option planning, tax strategies and charitable giving. She meets with her clients to review their current financial situation and discuss long and short-term financial objectives. She will then analyze the information, determine which strategies will work best for their situation, and tailor a plan specifically to help fit their financial needs and goals. After the plan is implemented, she will meet with her clients on a regular basis to determine any changing needs they may have and to adjust their plan accordingly.From 2005 to April 2010, Ms. Price worked for American Express Financial Advisors, Ameriprise Financial and Metlife Financial Inc. as a financial advisor and planner. From 2002 to 2005, she worked in the insurance industry where she was responsible for investigating insurance claims. Ms. Price earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a minor in Finance and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Additionally, she holds a Master Certificate in Personal Finance Planning from University of California, Los Angeles. In addition to her Certified Financial Planner™ designation, Ms. Price also obtained her Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM designation and her Accredited Asset Management SpecialistSM designation. Ms.Price has her Series 7 and 66. Ms. Price is active in the Los Angeles community.
