I totally concur with the late Dr. Albert Ellis: "This is one of the best books that I have ever read...".

REBT For People With Co-occurring Problems is about RAPT (Rational Assessment and Personalized Treatment) a.k.a. REBT. The book offers a rational method of treatment for everyone (including those with co-occurring problems). Emmett and Patricia have succeeded to inspire me to re-evaluate my understanding of human behaviour. In this book, Emmett and Patricia offer a model (with examples) for understanding clients (and ourselves) as well as for planning and administering therapy and/or coaching. Of special interest and need is the chpater on "Unmotiviated, Defensive, In Denial..." I found that the book read fast like a top rate spy novel... David Dror, Social Worker and Life/ADHD Coach my.coach.david.dror@gmail.com Emmett Velten, PhD, famed author and co-author with Albert Ellis introduced revolutionary methods using cognitive therapy making them the fathers of today's most wildly used psychology models. LIVE with Bill Owen on SofaSure Podcast Radio and BlogTalkRadio
