Hair Club is a brand with high-visibility from the old-school commercials (Sy Sperling’s “I’m not just the President, I’m also a client.”), but many people still don’t know what the Hair Club is. Keeping the 30 year old brand fresh has become even more of a challenge because of the ever-changing media landscape which is affecting the avenues of word of mouth about the company.
