Jerry Jackson is the owner/operator of "Starbase Phoenix Publishing", An Imprint at Event Horizon Publishing Group with an emphasis on Black and Other Minority...The main reason I started this Imprint was because I was at DragonCon and saw how packed the Black Speculative Fiction panel discussion was.  That's   also where I met Milton Davis   and have been friends with him ever since, so I know about his books and I am a member of the State of Black Science Fiction site.
