Has Homeland Security Become The Enforcement Arm of A Socialist Administration?

Is Homeland Security becoming the new enforcement arm of Obama's socialist administration? Has it become the "civilian security" force he once spoke about as a candidate?

Given the extraordinary and intrusive powers now allowed to TSA officials to grope, frisk and feel you up, is this the beginning of putting American citizens "under control?" A proposed bill in Congress would also give Homeland Security great power over us as Internet users and the huge tech giants, such as Google and AT&T.

What was once supposed to be an agency protecting our homeland from terrorist enemies has now become an organization that has essentially declared Americans as its enemy.

What has happened? Why has this happened?
Is this part of Obama's plan to rule by executive fiat now that he no longer totally controls Congress?
