Sickle Cell Foundation of Georgia, Inc. introduces our Community Health Workers

We are proud to introduce our Community Health Works, they will explain their roles, and responsibilities associated with helping individuals affected with Sickle Cell. 

Their primary goal is to help indvidual by providing resources and enrolling indviduals affected with Sickle Cell into “Get Connected”, which is a Patient Powered Registry designed to create a way for individuals with sickle cell and sickle cell trait to receive information about current advocacy initiatives, treatment, therapies, and research studies
