Shibboleth began with no resources yet today serves thousands of Shibboleth family members.  The program began upon the Rock that is our Lord.  In order to be successful, in order to be happy, in order to be healthy, we believe that we must walk in step with the Holy Spirit.  Why wouldn't we want to walk in step with Him?  He is our joy.  

It is time to pray, make our requests known, and it is time to praise our best friend and everlasting Father.  Weight loss really is just a side effect of what we do.
