Madame believes, When poor people get rich they cannot help the fact that, they need to help poor people directly by having their own programs and businesses in neighborhoods were the poor people can reach them and feel them in the community. It is energy they can no longer feel associated with, and it's not by choose, they have leaders who direct every move they make.
