Born in New Jersey his mother knew he would have a great chance in following the dangers that surrounded their streets so she then decided to move to Delaware when C-Rock was 10 yrs old. Being exposed to such things as racism when entering a new environment where he had to learn to adapt and had no outlet until the age of 12 where he was asked to do a project containing 10 poems.
