Altar of Eternal Peace

Our body temples are the clothes that dress our soul, the gift of God that is our true selves. We embody these temples for a time and are tasked with honoring, loving and utilizing them, as well as being a living altar. Our minds and hearts must be in accord with the Divine Anointing as God-realized beings. Yet  how is it that we maintain ourselves as living altars of eternal peace amidst others and situations that try to tear us down?
