Introducing Cheryl Elizabeth Williams, a pageant queen who defied the odds to become an advocate for foster care reform. Despite a traumatic past, Cheryl pursued education and earned a full scholarship at University of Montevallo. She has since graduated summa cum laude from Kansas State University and continues her studies at Harvard Division of Continuing Education. She's recently been awarded an honorary degree in Ministry for the work she's done through her nonprofit and life coaching business. Cheryl's nonprofit, FUNdamentals for Foster Care, provides STEAM toys and mentoring programs to empower foster youth. Her remarkable journey and dedication inspire hope and change for those in need. She is the current National reigning Queen Ms. Elegant Coastal Plains 2024 with the Pure International Pageant.
