Special show on the assassination attempt of Representative Gabrielle Giffords

Needless to say, I've had a lot on my mind since Saturday's assassination attempt of Arizona Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords. A lot was said by myself, Roger, and former co-host, Dan Lundin, on the blogcast, soon after the horrific news had had broken. Now that the dust has settled, I want to revisit the events of this last Saturday. What could have driven this deranged individual to go on his shooting rampage, and more importantly, what could have been done to prevent it?
