Episode 41: Jeana Hooker

You may not know her, you may have never heard of this gal, but I will bet you're goona pick up a tip or two and relate to this story. Jeana, is a busy professional who just made the big ol' jump to San Diego from her hometown of Portland, OR. She talks about how it took her years to realize that she needed to make that leap for her own self-care. 

She also shares with us how making a big life change is the Macro level of self-care and is just as important as getting self-care in on a daily basis, like remembering to drink water. I sit down with Jeana and hash out the all or nothing approach and how that is not a real way to get self-care in. 

Every interview I do is special, but this one hits home. Jeana and I are close friends, and when she announced she was moving away, I was bummed to say the least. It's funny how you don't realize what you have in a friend, until them move all the way down the coast! We wish Jeana and Pam all the best in their SO-CAL adventures.
