Many opinions abound, regarding "what constitutes a 10th degree black belt" in the martial arts, or "what a Soke (Sijo, etc) or "founder of a martial system", really is, or is not. So let's discuss it!  We will also discuss manners in the martial arts school....not just the formal ettiquette, but more importantly, the manners in regards to training, making the most of the instructor's teachings, mindset, and more.
