Sifu Restita has over 30 years experience exploring and studying the culture and sciences of martial arts. Her experience includes Butokukan Karate, Kajukenbo-Wun Hop Kuen Do, Wushu, Chen style Tai Chi, Yang style Tai Chi, Qigong, Doce Pares Eskrima, curriculum of Filipino Martial Arts Academy, Kyudo, and Iaido. She is a Japanese Fukiyado (blowgun) coach appointed by Shihan Hironori Higuchi of the International Fukiyado Association. Restita is also a bullwhip coach and founder of Seattle Snapdragons Bullwhp Enthusiasts club.
