Is worry devouring your life? Is it crippling you? Keeping you from doing the things you'd really like to do? Has anyone ever called you a "worry wart?"
Do you find yourself trying to anticipate what's going to happen, rarely taking risks, and always waiting for something to go wrong? When something upsets you, are you unable to let it go?
Whether you are a big time worrier or a part time worrier, worry is limiting your life. It's keeping you from being all you can be. Worry feeds any insecurities you may have.
Join Choices host, Judi Moreo, author of You Are More Than Enough as she discusses whether or not worry is an instinct and whether or not you can do anything about it.
B.L.I.F. Network presents Life Touch with our host Evangelist Owen Bruce. Our Life Touch broadcasts are designed to be a devotional time where those who tune in can receive a touch from God through prayer and the Word of God. Worry and anxiety is often based upon some insecurity regarding the near or distant future, whether it is a small issue or a big issue. Worrying about the future robs us of the peace we should be enjoying in the present. This episode we will read and pray from Matthew 6:25-34 as we focus on what Jesus taught about being anxious. While for many it just seems so natural to worry, Jesus said we should not and He also showed us what we need to do to overcome it.
"Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing?" (Matthew 6:25 ESV)

Today's episode is about not worrying because God will take care of us. I know there are times when you have doubt, but that is our flesh. In the spiritual realm we know God will do what he said he would. Today's scripture refernce is Matthew 6:25-34. Click here and checkout out our Facebook community page.

People sometimes hope that, as a Hypnotherapist, I can help them to be upbeat, positive, energetic or happy ALL THE TIME.
I beelive this is am impossible endeavour. All things in nature go through cycles and we, too, as human beings have cycles. There are times we are down, lack energy or motivation or have a bad day or two.
In this podcast I discuss how we can work with our natural cycles so that the low days are not as frequent or as low and the highs are higher and longer lasting.
This is a great topic for anyone who deals with depression, negative thoughts, worry, obsessive compulsive disorder or lack of energy from time to time.
