We have a terrific show this week. Topics include:
1. May 1st International Workers Day and the ugly trend in worker benefits and compensation globally

We will also have our Trademark weekly hall of fame and shame for those politicians and prominent individuals who made great sense, or shameful nonsense, respectively.
Coming at you a little late this week, Elias Wilkin brings the view of Spiritual Politics to bear upon the question of workers' rights, particularly the issue of wages. Work for Life's aim is to leave no worker behind. Companies are hiring! Laborers are not in a hunt of passion. Are you having a difficult time finding a job? Is the reason lack of courage? Being a hustler is a good thing when it comes to finding a job. Don't assume you don't qualify. Don't assume you won't get an interview because you know you don't qualify. Apply for the job. Do a good resume. Don't lie, but intrigue the reader. What do you have to lose? Landing the job is in your hands. The first step is to decide today that you will get hired. Realize additional training as being something you might need. You can train in less that 6 months and qualify for many jobs. Once you, make up your mind, to get hired, you will land the job. Work for Life want to help you land the job you want. It's all about your ATTITUDE, your ABILITIES & your ACTIONS. Listen to our shows. Contact Work for Life with specific concerns. Two weeks ago, WFL referred 15 BTR listeners to a company and 12 of the listeners were hired. We were disappointed only 15 listeners responded to the call for workers. This is why I always say those who want to get hired has to be hustlers. Never let an opportunity pass you by. Be willing to take the chance on the opportunity. Get a list of the largest companies in Houston and start your job search engine today. Get the list of the DOW 30 companies and send out resumes today. A great resume to 20 companies weekly, is something most job searchers never, ever do. Right?
