Happy Thanksgiving to you and your's. We are especially thankful to bring you a show stuffed with great topics. We'll lead off with discussion about the Los Angeles Dodgers hiring of rookie manager Dave Roberts and what his hiring could signal in terms of what the mindset of the Dodgers' Andrew Friedman and Farhan Zaidi is regarding the team and next season.
What is a show given during Thanksgiving week without discussing the NFL? We will explain why Dallas Cowboys QB Tono Romo is a legitimate MVP candidate despite missing 7 games so far this year. We will also let you know whether we feel the Denver Broncos should continue to start Brock Osweiler if he continues to play well even if Peyton Manning recovers from his latest injury. Should Philadelphia Eagles head coach Chip Kelly go back to college or is there another move he can make to salvage his NFL career?
Speaking of college football, USC football is going after someone big as far as their next head coach. Is it Brian Kelly, Chip Kelly, Pete Carroll or someone else of that ilk? We'll discuss.
It's been a weird season for both Los Angeles-based NBA teams. The Los Angeles Lakers are worse than anyone expected. The Los Angeles Clippers have bigger problems than just acclimating their new players We'll discuss the latest developments surrounding both teams.
Again, happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. We are truly thankful to all of you for making the Core Show for Diehard Sports Radio possible.

Please join me this Sunday, November 22nd, 2015, at 4:00pm PST, as I welcome Rebecca Carroll to the program. This discussion will chronicle the 29 year old's decision to take a risk and temporarily leave her bank teller job in Melbourne Australia and fly half way around the world to Boston to pursue her dream by taking an internship at InventiveLabs. Becka played netball for the U-15 Australian National Team, but her true passion was to be a fashion designer. Academic struggles in school were the norm due to her ADHD, and upon graduating high school, she found limited opportunities. Eventually she accepted a position in a bank, but wouldn't let the dream inside of her fade. Listen to Becka's story, as she maximizes this entrepreneurial internship experience to further her pursuit to create her own fashion line.
Tom Bergeron, co-founder of the Lab commented, “Becka's story is inspiring. It shows what can be accomplished when you provide an ADHD friendly environment, with a little guidance and encouragement. Our mission is to build on strengths and to turn passion into opportunity.”

Portrait of a Past Life Skeptic - The True Story of a Police Detective's Reincarnation
A veteran police detective, Robert Snow was devoted to evidence and hard facts—he had never given any thought to reincarnation. But during a hypnotic regression, he experiences a vivid awareness of being alive in three separate historical scenes. Remaining skeptical, Snow begins to investigate with the intention of disproving reincarnation. Instead, diligent research and corroboration from multiple sources reveal solid evidence that he lived a former life as Carroll Beckwith, a nineteenth-century American artist. Portrait of a Past Life Skeptic tells the fascinating story of Robert Snow’s transformation from skeptic to believer.

Liam Garrity-Rokous, a rising junior trader, analyst, and Founder of LGRAnalytics.com and he will be on to discuss his path to the financial world, the grind, and what sparked the passion behind the pursuit.
I am currently a rising junior pursuing a dual major in Finance and Corporate Reporting & Analysis at Boston College in the Carroll School of Management (CSOM). My enthusiasm for finance and the stock market was sparked in high school, when I took a class on Investment Mathematics; I also was able to perform two independent studies in portfolio management under experienced investment professionals. I was particularly interested in analyzing the approaches of portfolio managers with long-term, equity-oriented investment strategies. While I was originally interested in the technical analysis, my interest has since moved to value-based investing. Now, at BC, I am the vice president of Heights Capital, and a member of the Boston College Investment Club's analyst program. I also regularly write articles on companies, which I circulate through a newsletter, post on my website, and publish on SeekingAlpha. I have benefited significantly from several mentors, including Thomas Beevers (the CEO of StockViews).
