For decades our society has fostered a “low view” of marriage and easy divorce. This series will not only enlarge your vision and understanding of matrimony, but it will deepen your understanding of the incredible love of Christ. This is exactly the kind of “high view” of marriage that is needed in the church and in our culture today!
If you want a role model to help you build a successful marriage, this discussion points you in the right direction. "The Covenant Marriage" examines the concept that God is our marriage role model as it explores the covenant He made with Abram and His descendants and how it relates to marriage.

The juvenile justice and criminal justice systems ensnare far too many black and brown boys and men. Increasingly, women are caught in this dangerous web too. On this episode of Know-It-All, we are exploring the contours of some of the barriers to mental health and developmental wellness for communities of color that can lead to mass incarceration.
Dr. Troy Waller is a licensed professional counselor with 15 years of counseling experience. He explains the implications of the breaks in various systems - education, criminal justice, and health care - that keep those systems from adequately protecting and serving black and brown people. He'll share his insights about how these systemic failures manifest and show up in the lives of adults, no matter their socioeconomic status.
Host Allison R. Brown is a civil rights attorney and founder of Allison Brown Consulting (ABC), which creates education equity plans and promotes equity in education in compliance with federal civil rights law.
This week our guests are Steven Streufert and Ian C, co-founders of the Bluff Creek Trail Cam Project and the Bluff Creek Film Site Project. The Film Site project was originally formed in 2009 in order to locate the Patterson-Gimlin Bigfoot film site. The team successfully located the film site in 2011 and continued to perform field research and surveys to digitally reconstruct the site and ascertain exact dimensional data from the film and make accurate measurements of the creature’s pathway and size. The Trail Cam project was launched in 2012 in order to systematically install high end trail cameras throughout the Bluff Creek area to capture the movements of the area’s inhabitants. Steven also writes a popular blog named Bigfoot’s bLog, runs a bookstore named Bigfoot Books in Willow Creek, CA and also runs the Facebook group Coalition for Reason, Science, Satire and Sanity in Bigfoot Research. Join us this week as we pick their brains on these subjects and much more!
23 year old Pittsburgh native RapStarr a.k.a. Hurricane Cam has an agenda when it comes to the Hip Hop industry. With his music, he attends to bring back the essence of lyricism, storytelling, and knowledge within the Hip Hop cultures. Having his mother worked at the news side of Pittsburgh’s radio WAMO from 10-14 years, RapStarr grew up learning the ins and outs of the music business. His love for Hip Hop as an artist began when he was 9 years old. He recalls a time when he first bought his first CD, the “8 Mile” Soundtrack by Eminem. RapStarr refers to several of legendary artists such as Eminem, 50 Cent/G-Unit, LL Cool J, 2pac, and Lil’ Kim as his influences. He compares his style of lyric ability to the era of 1990’s and early 2000’s Hip Hop.
Throughout his college career at California University of Pennsylvania, RapStarr has begun to become a superstar. He perform at the Black Student Union’s Talent Showcase and making it to the college newspaper, he performed at the AIDS Awareness Concert, he attended the Hip Hop conference and met Hip Hop pioneers KRS-One and Doug E Fresh, and even off campus as he opened up for the Hopsin concert with his professor/DJ the summer of 2012. To add to his belt he has also performed at Faded Fest Summer Hip Hop and the 2013 Hip Hop Mania concert sponsored by Earth Entertainment.
The most recent songs that he have recorded is “Late at Night”, “Black Nation”, “Dear Maria”, “The Conversation”, and “The Marijuana Dreamin”.
