How many of you think about the war in Afghanistan? Does it even seem like there is a war goin on? Aside from the occasional story on a service member who has been killed or tragically injured there is not much being said about a war that has been going on for almost 11 years. As a veteran I have my own feelings about this and all wars and tonight is your opportunity to voice your feelings about this issue. I encourage all veterans, family members and spouses of veterans to please call and share your feelings or stories about how you have been affected by the war. War, What is it good for, on Rap Sessions Radion this Thurs., March 21, 2013.
Iran is clearly a global threat and a genocidal force to be reckoned with. Iran's active role in the Islamic genocidal war against Israel is more well-known and so is Iran's desire to destroy Israel, America, and the free world, as well as Iran's constant suppression of dissident. But Iran is not only exterming freedom-loving people in their own country. Iran and their proxies in Iraq [especially the Iranian forces in the new Iraqi Government] are also actively exterminating Iranian dissidents in Iraq in a place known as Camp Ashraf [a base for the MEK]. Also, I'll discuss Iran's hypcrosiy on the MEK. While I'm no fan of the MEK's leadership, I think that Iran is hypocritical in denouncing the MEK as a terrorist cult; considering that Iran is an active terrorist nation promoting their own genocidal ideology. Also, I'll discuss why delisting the MEK was the right decision. Just as America and the west supported Stalin, a brutal Communist dictator, who killed millions of people [perhaps even more than Hitler] against Hitler cause they had no choice; even with Eastern Europe falling under Soviet Communist tyranny. If supporting a brutal dictator like Stalin is a necessity to stop Hitler; with Iran taking the role of the new Nazi Germany and killing Americans in Iraq [and also killing Iranian dissidents and Iraqis, who don't support Iran], supporting the people in Ashraf [the people in Ashraf moved to a place known as Camp Liberty] is clearly a necessity. That means that supporting the MEK is clearly a necessity, especially when it comes to keeping Iran out of Iraq. If Iran gets Iraq, then it'll be far more dangerous.
Tune in, as I discuss Iran and their proxy Government in Iraq in exterminating freedom-loving Iranian refugees in Iraq and Iran's hypocritical crybabying of the MEK, which denounced violence in 2001; even as Iran continues to be the major global terrorist threat that it is.
This week, a special Making Sense with Steve Leser will examine the 10 year anniversary of a seminal event that should have prevented the Iraq war. This segment starts by recapping Rachel Maddow's excellent coverage of the runup to the Iraq war in her on air special "Hubris", then exposes and highlights a critical rarely talked about event that should have stopped the Iraq war from happening. On Monday night, NBC News aired its new documentary, Hubris: Selling the Iraq War, based on the book by David Corn and Michael Isikoff. The film offered a number of shocking truths since the original 2007 book was published. While it may be maddening --- particularly for those of us who followed the massive scam as it was ongoing --- the documentary should be mandatory viewing for those who have lost sight of just how each and every single one of the key reasons used to

I would give so much, not to have felt the need to do this show.
On past shows, in light of the well-publicized rapes of women in India, I’d advised the Critical Discourse audience that I would be covering this very sensitive subject.
This was back in January, and to be honest, I figured that I might be able to avoid this wrenching and arduous task. .
Then, something happened, that just shook me to my very core. A crime, a sin, so unspeakable, that affected females and males, demand justice; remedy and redress, reciprocity and righteous retaliation.
Last week in New Delhi, a 5 year-old girl died, from a heart attack, after she was raped by a 35-year old man, who is now in custody, charged with sexual assault; I don’t know if Indian jurisprudence would deem, that a murder charge could be applied, as well.
In the nation of Afghanistan, there is a cultural more’, this time with boys, that will also shock and stun you, making you wonder, “What kind of world are we living in”? What goes on in the minds of these and any males, who would do commit such a heinous act? What kind of “culture” kindles these perversions?
On Critical Discourse, we will discuss these issues, and try to make some “sense” of it all.
