Shelley was raised in the heart of Amish Country in the small town of Gap, Pennsylvania. She is a classically trained vocalist. Her pursuit of a singing career led her to perform in Europe for 2 years. In New York Shelley was cast in the National Tour of Kander & Ebb’s “The World Goes ‘Round”, “RENT” (original B-way cast), Sondheims’ “Merrily We Roll Along” (Off-Broadway), TV guest spots, Carnegie Hall Concert, regional theatre productions & Industrial Commercial Voice-Overs.
Shelley now enjoys a 2nd career as a Food & Beverage Operational Management Specialist. But, writing always channels her truths.
