Per our conversation, actor VINCENT M. WARD is an Ohio native who came to Hollywood on a mission. He's had recurring roles on four of the hottest shows ever on television, The Walking Dead, True Blood, House of Pain andEverybody Hates Chris. Vincent is currently doing a play in Los Angeles called, The Conversation that deals directly with the plight of domestic violence. His upcoming film project, The Choir Director boasts an all-star cast and is scheduled to be released later this year. He is currently the spokesperson for TruVape and has been to the brand in the 21st century what Billy Dee Williams was to Colt 45 back in the 70s.
Vincent also brought his sexy confidence to designer, Steven Land's 2013 and 2014 menswear look books -- and would bring his masculine touch to the THE NICKY LOVE SHOW.

St. Vincent was born of poor parents in the village of Pouy in Gascony, France, about 1580. He enjoyed his first schooling under the Franciscan Fathers at Acqs. Such had been his progress in four years that a gentleman chose him as subpreceptor to his children, and he was thus enabled to continue his studies without being a burden to his parents. In 1596, he went to the University of Toulouse for theological studies, and there he was ordained priest in 1600.
In 1605, on a voyage by sea from Marseilles to Narbonne, he fell into the hands of African pirates and was carried as a slave to Tunis. His captivity lasted about two years, until Divine Providence enabled him to effect his escape. After a brief visit to Rome he returned to France, where he became preceptor in the family of Emmanuel de Gondy, Count of Goigny, and General of the galleys of France. In 1617, he began to preach missions, and in 1625, he lay the foundations of a congregation which afterward became the Congregation of the Mission or Lazarists, so named on account of the Prioryof St. Lazarus, which the Fathers began to occupy in 1633.
It would be impossible to enumerate all the works of this servant of God. Charity was his predominant virtue. It extended to all classes of persons, from forsaken childhood to old age. The Sisters of Charity also owe the foundation of their congregation to St. Vincent. In the midst of the most distracting occupations his soul was always intimately united with God. Though honored by the great ones of the world, he remained deeply rooted in humility. The Apostle of Charity, the immortal Vincent de Paul, breathed his last in Paris at the age of eighty. His feast day is September 27th.

Super middleweight world champion Andre Ward, promoter Roc Nation Sports and HBO have come to an agreement on a three-fight deal for the fighter that will culminate in fall 2016 with a pay-per-view showdown against three-belt light heavyweight titleholder Sergey Kovalev, sources familiar with the agreement told ESPN.com.
The Kovalev-Ward fight is, of course, contingent upon the fighters both winning two intervening bouts, but both sides have agreed to terms, according to sources familiar with the agreement.

Join her on Saturday, October 24 when she welcomes Marty L. Ward, founder of Create Confident Kids, to Get Fit Feel Fabulous:
Marty L Ward is championing the movement to Create Confident Kids. When a 10 yr old little girl hung herself rather than face the bully back in 2011, Marty said, “ENOUGH!” Despite all our school regulations and “Anti-Bullying” and “Stop Bullying” campaigns, 4,400 students commit suicide each year (nobullying.org) and 160,000 are absent every day (MBNDB.org) due to fear of confronting the bully.
Fed up with the rising statistics, Marty looked for an answer. Influenced by leaders such as Nelson Mandela, Martin Luther King, Gandhi, and Mother Theresa, Marty designed a Create Confident Kids to Eliminate Bullying Program with a whole new twist: it focuses on what we do want – Confident Kids – rather than on what we don’t want – more bullying.
The goal is to decrease childhood suicide and absenteeism – caused by fear of confronting the bully – by 50% in the next 5 years. Not only will kids feel great about themselves, but also teachers and administrators can spend more time doing what they love – teaching and leading.
Learn how to use a simple, straight-forward and actionable formula to create a school culture of “All For One And One For All” that can contribute to making school a safer, more secure place, where children can focus on learning and growing rather than avoiding the bully.
During the live broadcast, dial (347) 945-7246 and press 1 if you would like to ask Marty a question.
