Another business, Fitness Consulting Group, was a multiple time honoree on the Inc. 5000, placing as high as #580 on the list of fastest growing businesses in the U.S. He's also been a Best-Selling Author 6 times over, presented in front of thousands of entrepreneurs and been featured in Entrepreneur, Men’s Health, USA Today and on hundreds of other media outlets.
When it comes to sales, Pat sold as many as 116 franchises in a single year and been the strategist and copywriter for over 10 million dollars in online sales from his own businesses and millions more in sales for his clients.

Monte Sanders is a highly sought after fitness trainer and expert. Monte is most recognized for his work with notable clients, Super Bowl World Champions Ray Lewis and Ed Reed, but his true passion is helping everyone live healthy and train smart…physically, mentally, and spiritually. He is certified through American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA) in Group Fitness and Children’s Fitness. His company, Sanders Optimum Fitness, hosts group fitness camps for all ages and fitness levels. His nonprofit, Monte Sanders FIT FAMILIES, Inc. focuses on the childhood obesity epidemic and the importance of family fitness. He was featured as the fitness expert on The Discovery Health Channel’s childhood obesity television special called BIG KIDS. Monte’s latest venture, Lewis and Sanders Health and Fitness, is a partnership with longtime client and friend, Ray Lewis. As a spokesperson for the American Heart Association, Monte actively supports the organization’s Annual Heart Walk. Appointed by the Governor of Maryland, he proudly serves on Maryland's Advisory Council on Physical Fitness. One of his most humbling and rewarding experiences was in 2009 when he was invited to lead the fitness warm-up for President Obama and his Whistle Stop Tour in Baltimore, Maryland. In 2012, he was also invited to train Mayors from cities all over the country at the U.S. Conference of Mayors.
