So many people are needlessly sick. So much land is wasted on growing food for animals that are then killed, bringing the energy of fear and death into the very food that carnivores eat. Even plant-based diets can be negativized if people growing the food are angry, resentful, and the like.
What's a person to do? Definitely, eat more vegan, vegetarian, seed food! Bless it!

Let's discuss the women that we put into this category of stringing men along to get what they want out of them and then dumping the men for someone else. Join the show at 6:30pm. Call (818)301-5834.
What kind of food do you eat? Are you super healthy? Would you like the possibility of being so?
We all know we're all unique. We also are made of the same stuff in terms of energy, Light, atoms, and the like, yet some people spur themselves on while others linger about. This can be explained by soul age, conditioning, astrology, background, consciousness, and so many other factors.
Let's also take a look at food intake and how that affects us, plus our global addiction to doing things however we do them, whether this method supports us or not. What are any of us afraid of? How do we deal with that disquiet? How can you benefit?
Once you choose to go vegan and lose weight, you are making an overall lifestylechange. This means that you will need to learn how to make the vegan lifestyle work for you. It isn't that hard to do, but there are a few helpful tips to know, especially when incorporating a vegan lifestyle to facilitate weight loss. Tune in 4/15 at noon ET to find out more.
We all benefit from eating healthful real plant-based food. Do you like the term "seed" food better? What about vegan or vegetarian, the other "v" words? However you like it, this kind of food, the more raw and organic the better, can save both your life and the planet.
What do you really know about how food gets to your table? What do you know of the energy of food and how it affects you? What do you know about global warming, desertification and eating meat?

We have been running a bunch of vegan shows, both because I have a new book coming out, VIM VIGOR VITALITY VEGAN! and because being vegan and vegetarian fully or partially benefits health and wellness for people and planet. Today MMM presents Victoria Moran, noted vegan authority and author.
A good part of planetary devastation and Earth changes are actually fueled by eating meat and using non 100 percent post-consumer recycled paper for everything. The amount of land, water and food required to raise cows, whether for meat or dairy, is overwhelming, causes methane, and is counter productive to a healthy planet.
Tonight we welcome Victoria Moran, Victoria (www.mainstreetvegan.net) is a vegan of three decades and an obesity survivor. Listed by VegNews magazine among the Top 10 Living Vegetarian author, Victoria has written twelve books, including Main Street Vegan, Creating a Charmed Life, and new this month, The Good Karma Diet. Her fans range from Michael Moore to Ellen Degeneres, and she was featured twice on Oprah. Moran hosts of the weekly Main Street Vegan podcast; directs Main Street Vegan Academy, an in-person program in NYC to train vegan lifestyle coaches.
Get ready to learn much, open your consciousness, change your life for the better, and have a super great time!

Topic: Thinking of going Vegan, what are some tips?
VEGANS (pronounced VEE-guns) Live on products of the plant kingdom. Veganism is compassion in action. It is a philosophy, diet, and lifestyle.
Veganism is an advanced way of living in accordance with Reverence for Life, recognizing the rights of all living creatures, and extending to them the compassion, kindness, and justice exemplified in the Golden Rule.
