Brian Werger of the USHL
Brian Werger, the Director of Communications for the United States Hockey League, is today's featured guest. The USHL is the top junior league in America and produces much of the hockey talent seen at the college and pro levels. Brian, entering his third season in the USHL, is in charge of generating publicity for the league as well as overseeing online content at USHL.com. He and Matt will discuss the USHL's recent season and how it plans to move forward.

Gospel of Hockey: Youngstown Phantoms coach Anthony Noreen
Playoff time has arrived in America's top junior league, and the Youngstown Phantoms are a part of the festivities for the second straight year. To help address the USHL postseason, Matt Gajtka and Larry Snyder welcome Phantoms' second-year head coach Anthony Noreen to the program. Youngstown has split the first two games of its first-round series with Green Bay, now heading home for the next two. Noreen will talk about what made this year's team the best in franchise history and what it will take for the Phantoms to make their first appearance in the USHL's conference finals. Following the interview, Matt and Larry look back at the exciting Frozen Four in Pittsburgh before looking ahead to the end of the NHL regular season and all that entails. Finally, the guys deliver their weekly Local Hockey Report, highlighting the AHL Penguins and the Phantoms.

We are joined by Aaron O'Neill of Centennial High School hockey. He JUST signed a contract with the USHL Green Bay Gamblers. Aaron was also recentled selected by the Plymouth Whalers in the OHL Priority Selection and attened the USA Hockey National Development Team Program camp. He's a great representative for how hockey has grown in the south.
